It's good, but not great. The tracking mechanic is cool, but the 'battery' lasts less than an hour. The way the characters move means that you often and will get attacked twice in a row within the door cooldown timer. The cameras have no angle. They see down one hallway in a labyrinth, and there are none in the corridor leading to the office. The tracker is the only helpful way of seeing them coming, and if you don't pay for it, then you just lose. The rest is just a hope and a prayer.

I mean, it's okay. It's just like all the other case of the "stickman survival" game, which, now that I think about it, i feel like this whole game was made for the ad revenue and the shop. Speaking of which, costs REAL money! But, I can't really complain about that. The only difference with the main game play of this and stickman survival, is that the entire power system requires cranking, and not just the door. Oh, and the alarm is replaced with a Benji. I think this is the best of the trilogy

This is the best one in the whole series! New mechanics and patients are really good! However the reason I I'm giving this four stars is because I wish there was an endless night with the four patients and not zombies. I also wish there was a underground food hall, washroom, doctors office and recreational room instead of the current rooms. Please add these to the game and I will change my review.
